I was impressed with them from the moment I walked into their office. Zeina was so welcoming and pleasant and most of all Very knowledgeable. She addressed all my questions and concerns and although I had considered other SMP places, I was most confident to choose them. My trainer John is an amazing Master SMP. Super knowledgeable, helpful, cordial and patient. And of course a great teacher. I was lucky to find them. They both continue to support me in every way even though my basic training is completed. The SMP course I took has got to be 1 of the best INVESTMENTS I have made in a long time. My instructor (John) was /is so knowledgeable in his practice I value his expertise. I know now that my success is contingent on opening my mouth and networking with individuals who I feel need SMP attention to their heads. Mr John and Miss Zenia are God sent. I had hair thinning in my crown area which was very concerning to me as I still had good amount of hair left on the front.
When I found Dallas SMP I could not be more happier checking with John, he not only laid out the whole SMP process but also explained me how the thinning of my crown can be managed to look natural thr SMP.
I was very happy with the whole process, it not only made my head look full of hairs but also built my confidence.

John is a true professional in every way and an ever more brilliant artist. Micropigmentation is the most important work of art you will ever own. Trust John to make you look your best! My only critique for him is that I don't think he charges enough. Book at visit before he figures that out!
