These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the smpdallas.com website and any scalp micropigmentation or training services booked through it, operated by SMP Dallas, a service brand of Lash-Rx (“SMP Dallas,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.
2. Consultations & Treatment
Scalp micropigmentation and related services are provided following an in-person or phone consultation. Results, session counts and pricing discussed on this site are general estimates; your technician will confirm specifics based on your scalp condition, skin tone and desired outcome.
- Consultations are free and carry no obligation to book treatment.
- Results vary by individual; no specific outcome is guaranteed by this website.
- Clients must disclose relevant skin conditions, allergies and medications prior to treatment.
3. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations
Session bookings may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.
4. Training Course Enrollment
Enrollment in the SMP Academy training course is subject to a separate enrollment agreement covering course fees, cancellation policy and certification requirements, provided prior to enrollment.
5. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or copying content for commercial use without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos and design elements on this site are the property of SMP Dallas / Lash-Rx unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
